In Guatemala City - The main terminal is located in the area around  4 Avenida and 7 Calle, Zona 4.  You can find a bus to anywhere in Guatemala from this location.  From Quetzaltenango - use the Minerva Terminal, Zona 3 for buses in ALL directions.  Bus Schedule information can be found in most Guidebooks.
